Bar Manager – Lead an Iconic Bar in the Heart of Brickell
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Bar Manager to take the helm at one of Brickell’s most established and respected bars . With a strong presence in the neighborhood for many years, our venue is known for delivering top-tier cocktails, vibrant energy, and exceptional guest experiences. If you're ready to lead a high-performing team and help shape the next chapter of a beloved Miami staple, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily bar operations, staffing, and scheduling
- Ensure top-tier drink quality, service, and guest satisfaction
- Hire, train, and mentor bartenders and barbacks
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate on cocktail menus and seasonal drink specials
- Uphold all safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience as a Bar Manager or Lead Bartender
- Deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Miami’s hospitality scene (strong plus)
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
