As a Store Manager at L'Occitane, you will serve as the perfect host, curating a one-of -a-kind and immersive experience for our guests. • Previous supervisor experience in retail or hospitality management
• Strong Leadership and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude with background in a sales-driven environment
• Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers)
• Knowledge of skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial.
• Experience with clienteling advantageous
• Basic Technology Skills
• Bilingual Spanish/Portuguese Preferred
