- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
- implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Supervise children at all times to ensure safety and well-being
- Maintain positive classroom management and consistent routines
- Observe and document children’s development and progress
- Communicate effectively with parents and families
- Maintain a clean, organized, and healthy classroom environment
- Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations
- Assist with daily care routines (meals, diapering, toileting, nap time)
- Encourage positive behavior and model appropriate social skills
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
- Participate in training, meetings, and professional development
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Must be 18+.
- Pass a Background sceening.
- Reliable transportation.

We are a DCF licensed Large Family Home Childcare Program, located in East Orlando. Providing a safe, clean, caring, and nurturing atmosphere for children, While also providing quality Early Childhood Education. We enjoy the benefits of having a small group size classroom, which allows us to have more one-on-one time with each child. Learning Through Play Child Development Center has been in business since December 2015.
