Customer Service Rep / Inside Sales
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Position Details/Responsibilities:
- Manage customer needs via walk-ins, phone, and email to ensure a smooth sales process
- Execute full sales functions: quotes, order processing, and payment handling
- Provide technical product information and recommend solutions to customers
- Maintain house accounts and conduct outbound calls to grow branch sales
- Coordinate with manufacturing and vendors to monitor and expedite shipments
- Handle daily cash drawer processing and end-of-shift deposits
- Assist with inventory, showroom replenishment, and warehouse support
- strong customer service background with the ability to diffuse difficult situations
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to explain technical parts and product terminology clearly
