**Overview:**
We are seeking a friendly and professional Senior Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in nurturing and enhancing our relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturing partners. You will collaborate daily with pharmaceutical executives (Associate Director level and above) to ensure they are maximizing the value of our services and features. As a key liaison between the Pharmaceutical Brand Teams and our internal stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to present innovative ideas and solutions that enhance our clients' products.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build strategic partnerships with clients by gaining a deep understanding of their business goals, technical challenges, and infrastructure to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues, fostering strong relationships.
- Present new ideas and innovations to clients, focusing on upselling and enhancing their products and services.
- Conduct research to identify high-level solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings and conference calls to review service quality and ensure they are fully benefiting from our offerings.
- Collaborate with Client Services to effectively resolve complex support issues.
- Manage the delivery of agreed-upon services to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and trust.
- Utilize internal resources to determine the most effective methods for problem resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales and service inquiries.
- Participate in client quarterly reviews and attend annual Plan of Action meetings, along with other travel as needed.
- Plan milestones and track progress to ensure project success.
- Keep all stakeholders informed by effectively presenting relevant information.

**Requirements:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly.
- Strong listening skills and comprehension abilities.
- Proven ability to define problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a customer support and/or sales role.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential, particularly with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams.
- Background in Project Management, HUB Operations, or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management is highly desirable.
- Strong technical skills are a must.
