QC Manager

Job Title: QC Manager Job Description We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead and enhance QC processes while overseeing daily laboratory operations in a contract manufacturing environment. Responsibilities + Manage and improve QC procedures and laboratory oversight. + Serve as backup support for lab operations. + Ensure compliance with cGMP/cGLP standards and SOPs. + Collaborate with auditors, including client, third-party, FDA, federal, and state. + Apply analytical expertise in laboratory testing. + Communicate effectively with clients, auditors, and internal teams. Essential Skills + Quality control + Quality assurance + cGMP + cGLP + QMS + SOP + Audits + FDA Additional Skills & Qualifications + Minimum 5 years QC and analytical lab management experience + Strong critical thinking and communication skills (oral & written) + Experience in cGMP/cGLP environments required + Personal Care industry experience preferred, not required Work Environment This position involves working in a dynamic contract manufacturing environment where adherence to cGMP and cGLP standards is essential. Expect collaboration with various auditors and internal teams, requiring effective communication and strong analytical skills. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Deerfield Beach, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
