Entry Level Chiropractic Assistant

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented individual to join our clinical team in St. Petersburg! If you have a passion for patient care and a "can-do" attitude, we want to meet you. While we value experience, we place the highest priority on a great personality and a willingness to learn. This position offers a unique full-time schedule featuring three longer clinical days balanced by two half-days:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

As a Chiropractic Assistant (CA), you will work directly alongside our chiropractors to provide a smooth, top-tier clinical experience. You’ll be the bridge between the doctor and the patient, handling everything from initial intake to hands-on physiotherapy support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Support: Assist with initial patient intake exams, detailed medical histories, and re-exams.
• Patient Education: Engage with patients to provide education on care plans and Durable Medical Equipment (DME).

• Data Management: Update patient records and enter detailed notes into the EMR system.

• Office Flow: Manage patient flow, assist with scheduling, and support front-desk clerical duties as needed.

• Inventory: Keep the office running smoothly by managing supplies and organizing clinical areas.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of one year in a role with patient interaction. Experience in Sports Medicine is a major plus!
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical terminology is preferred

• Personality: Friendly, approachable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication: Excellent active listening and clear speaking skills, both in-person and by phone.
