The USGTF is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a membership collections and service representative.

Responsibilities
- Manage collection calls for membership dues payments
- Create sales projects
- Manage certification course reservations
- Maintain member database
- Maintain business social media accounts
- Process membership product orders
- Other general clerical duties when asked upon by team members.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel is a requirement
- Sales experience & expertise is required
- Critical Thinking / Problem Solving skills
- Professional work ethic and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines
