Outside Beverage Sales Representative
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective distributor sales strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs.
- Identify, engage, and secure new business clients through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations highlighting product value and differentiation.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging beverage industry trends.
- Manage an assigned sales territory efficiently, maximizing opportunities and ensuring strong market coverage.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure transparency and responsiveness.
- Utilize ERP systems for order processing and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity within CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to team goals by sharing insights, strategies, and market intelligence.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
- Minimum of two (2) years of outside sales experience (copier sales experience preferred).
- Proficiency in ERP systems for order processing and inventory management (required).
- Proficiency in CRM software; experience with Badger Mapping highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a sales territory effectively through strong organization and strategic planning.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Reliable transportation and strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Competitive base salary of $65,000 & uncapped commissions
