Community Health Worker (CCHW) – Remote (Florida Only) Pay: $23/hour | Full-Time Must reside in Florida We’re hiring an empathetic, self-directed Certified Community Health Worker (CCHW) to support Medicare patients in a fast-paced, growing program. This role is 90% remote with 2–3 local site visits per month (expenses reimbursed). Requirements: Active CCHW certification (required) 2 years of community health, patient advocacy, or case management experience Ethernet (hard-wired) internet connection required Quiet, private home workspace (no public spaces) Strong time management and attention to detail What You’ll Do: Provide patient advocacy and resource coordination Connect members to community services Conduct occasional local outreach visits If you’re mission-driven and thrive in a virtual environment, we’d love to connect. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
