Sign Installer/Construction - $25+/hr + Overtime (Nationwide Travel)

Pay: Starting at min $25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: 10 days on / 4 days off | 10–12-hour shifts
Travel: Nationwide – all travel expenses covered
Per Diem: $50/day
Location: Anywhere in the U.S. near a major city or airport

About the Role

We’re looking for hands-on, mechanically inclined professionals to join our team installing large commercial signs and structures on buildings across the U.S. You’ll travel from site to site, operate equipment, troubleshoot challenges, and help bring projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide to installation sites (flights, hotels, and per diem provided).

• Install large commercial signs on buildings and other structures.

• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other construction equipment safely.

• Read and follow blueprints and project plans.

• Troubleshoot issues and solve problems on the job site.

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow OSHA standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanically inclined and able to problem-solve in the field.

• Comfortable working at heights.

• Able to work 10–12-hour shifts with overtime opportunities.

• Willingness to travel (10 days on / 4 days off schedule).

Preferred Experience:

• Installation, construction, or hands-on mechanical work.

• Operating cranes, forklifts, or other heavy equipment.

• Welding and metal fabrication.

• Reading blueprints and following OSHA standards.

• CDL license (Class A preferred).

Certifications That Are a Plus

• NCCCO Crane Operator Card

• Welding Certification (Weld Card)

• Class A CDL
