Job Summary

A well-established South Florida Argentine market and steakhouse group is hiring experienced Butchers/Meat Cutters for 7 immediate direct hire openings across Miami-Dade County, including Miami, Doral, Hialeah, Coral Gables, and nearby locations. MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH!

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for skilled meat professionals who take pride in quality cuts, fresh product presentation, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, bone, grind, and prepare beef, pork, poultry, and specialty meat products.
- Wrap, weigh, label, merchandise, and display fresh meat in an attractive and organized manner.
- Assist customers with meat selection, custom cuts, special orders, and product recommendations.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, freshness, and quality standards throughout the department.
- Receive, inspect, rotate, and stock meat deliveries to support daily department operations.
- Keep work areas, tools, equipment, and refrigerated spaces clean, safe, and organized.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire, permanent position.
- Location: Multiple Miami-Dade locations, including Miami, Doral, Hialeah, Coral Gables, and additional nearby areas.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Cut, trim, bone, grind, and prepare fresh meat products for retail and food service customers.
- Prepare custom meat orders and provide customer recommendations.
- Maintain fresh meat displays, labeling, merchandising, and department organization.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards.

- 3 to 5 years of butcher, meat cutter, or related meat department experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter is required.
- Strong knife skills and experience cutting beef, pork, and poultry.
- Experience working in grocery stores, meat markets, supermarkets, restaurants, or steakhouses is helpful.
- MUST BE BILINGUAL English/Spanish- Fluent Spanish with Conversational English (minimum)
- Conversational English is required.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in refrigerated environments.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift meat products as needed.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and committed to quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in high-volume retail meat departments, specialty markets, or steakhouse environments.
- Familiarity with specialty meat cuts and customer-driven custom cutting.
- Experience building attractive meat displays and supporting fresh food merchandising.
- Interest in continuing to learn from experienced master butchers.
