The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales. This role blends relationship-driven sales, strategic outreach, and in-clinic engagement.
You will be the face and voice of Vytara Wellness, introducing our advanced therapies to physicians, clinics, hospitals, fitness centers, and community organizations, while also nurturing strong client relationships within the center.
This position requires in-office presence on Saturdays, managing sales appointments, client engagement, and supporting operational needs on the floor. During the week, you’ll lead outreach initiatives and represent the brand through presentations and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new membership and program sales.
- Conduct independent presentations and outreach to clinics, hospitals, corporate wellness programs, and community organizations to establish referral and membership partnerships.
- Manage in-office Saturdays, handling both sales appointments and other operational duties to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Work the floor as needed, assisting clients, supporting team operations, and maintaining a professional, polished environment.
- Research and develop outreach strategies to expand brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical and operations teams to maintain five-star client experiences from consultation through follow-up.
- Maintain detailed sales tracking, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Represent Vytara Wellness with confidence, empathy, and enthusiasm, aligning every interaction with our brand’s mission.
Qualifications:
- Preferred 3-5 years of proven success in sales, preferably in wellness or health optimization sectors.
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Goal-oriented, creative, and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative and supportive team-player mindset.
- Confident managing client consultations, outreach initiatives, and on-site operations.
- Proficient in CRM systems, lead management, and client follow-up processes.
- Mandatory availability for in-office work every Saturday.
