Construction On-Site Superintendent w/DOD Experience Panama City Beach, FL
On-Site Superintendent to work at Panama City Beach with 5 years of government installation construction experience. This position will require being onsite and present to manage and advise on quality and productivity issues while monitoring work performance with productivity of subcontractors to ensure project plans and schedule are followed to ensure project is executed effectively within budget and on time. This position also requires the applicant to develop and monitor CPM schedules, manpower utilization, material handling and storage requirements and equipment use according to government and contractual guidelines.
