Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader who can lead from the front, hold a team accountable, and get properties serviced efficiently and correctly the first time.
If you need constant direction, this is not the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a landscape maintenance crew daily
- Ensure properties are serviced to company standards
- Assign tasks and keep crew productive throughout the day
- Operate equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Communicate with management on job progress and site conditions
- Train and develop crew members
- Maintain truck, trailer, and equipment organization
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in landscape maintenance (crew leader preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
- Ability to drive truck & trailer
- Strong work ethic and leadership mindset
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must show up on time, ready to work
