Plumbing Repipe Technician

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Re-Pipe Plumber to join our Plumbing Department team.

Position: Re-Pipe Plumber

Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• · Replace and upgrade residential plumbing systems to meet quality and safety standards.
• · Remove outdated or damaged piping and install new water supply lines.
• · Diagnose plumbing issues and plan efficient re-pipe layouts.
• · Test and inspect completed systems to ensure proper function and compliance with local codes.
• · Deliver high-quality workmanship while minimizing disruption to customers.
• · Maintain all safety, quality, productivity, and code compliance.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Three or more years of plumbing or Re-Pipe Plumbing experience
• Possess a valid Florida Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Soldering.
• Accurate use of tape measures and understanding of basic math, including fractions.
• Knowledge of current code.
• Able to properly seal all openings (rodent proof).

Physical Requirements

During a 10-hour workday, must be able to:

• · Lift/carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• · Stand, kneel, bend, climb, squat, and reach above shoulder for extended periods.
• · Use upper extremities for grasping, pushing/pulling, and fine hand manipulations.
• · Work outdoors in extreme conditions (heat, cold, etc.) and in tight or confined spaces when required.
