Holloway Roofing is growing! We are looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our new Panama City office . This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional, community-oriented roofing company that values integrity, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails.
- Process permit applications and inspection documentation.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork.
- Support office staff with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure office is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Must live in the Panama City area.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be a notary public or willing to become one (we'll help you through the process).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - a true people person .
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with basic computer programs (email, spreadsheets, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
