Email Scheduler
We are supporting our client on a search for an Email Scheduler who will own the calendar, cadence, and quality of the email program. This is a focused, hands-on seat for someone early in their career who loves order, detail, and getting things out the door on time.
You will work fully remote across US time zones. We are intentionally open to recent grads, internship grads, virtual assistants, admin and ops folks, and career changers from hospitality, retail, or marketing who want a focused remote seat with a clear path forward.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, send, and track email campaigns and outreach across multiple platforms
- Build and maintain email lists, segments, and audience tags
- Coordinate timing and cadence across newsletters, lifecycle emails, and outbound sequences
- Proofread emails for typos, broken links, and rendering issues
- Track open rates, click rates, and reply rates and surface weekly insights
- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations on email program priorities
- Maintain templates, snippets, and a clean email tooling stack
- Help triage replies and route them to the right teammate
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of admin, marketing, sales, EA, or coordinator experience
- Strong attention to detail and clean writing
- Comfort with Gmail, Outlook, and at least one ESP or sequencer (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo)
- Reliable home office and ability to overlap US business hours
- Open to recent grads, internship grads, virtual assistants, and career changers
- High school diploma or equivalent
