Position title: Senior Manager – Connected Car Services (CCS)

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the implementation, launch and growth of Connected Services across Central & South America. This role combines product management, digital business, customer experience and large-scale program leadership. Working closely with Global Headquarters and regional distributors, you will drive the successful rollout of Connected Car Services (CCS), develop the regional digital services strategy and build the foundation for future connected products and subscription-based services.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Business Leadership

• Own the regional Connected Services roadmap and business strategy.
• Develop customer value propositions and support future digital business opportunities.
• Monitor product performance and identify growth opportunities.

Program & Launch Management

• Lead the regional CCS implementation across multiple markets.
• Drive launch readiness, project execution and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage key risks, priorities and executive reporting.

Customer & Market Development

• Ensure distributor readiness and successful market rollout.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Customer Experience teams to maximize customer adoption.
• Support future subscription and monetization strategies.

Digital Services & Data

• Define business requirements for dashboards and performance reporting.
• Drive data-informed decision making and service improvements.
• Collaborate with HQ and the regional IT & Data team on digital solutions.

Leadership

• Lead and develop the Connected Services team.
• Build strong collaboration across regional teams, distributors and HQ.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Products, Business Development or Program Management.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience launching products or services across multiple markets.
• Languages: English (fluent), Spanish (highly desirable), Korea (advantage)

• Availability for regional and international travel (regional and global) as required.

Preferred

• Automotive, mobility, telecommunications or digital services experience.
• Knowledge of Connected Services, customer experience or SaaS products.
• Experience with digital platforms, analytics or subscription business models.

Work Location: The position is on-site based in the United States (Doral, FL).
