Bookkeeper
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accurately enter vendor bills into QuickBooks and process approved checks/online payments.
- Process and apply customer payments in QuickBooks; maintain deposit records.
- Generate and review AP/AR aging reports; follow up on missing paperwork or outstanding balances.
- Prepare and execute company bank deposits.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date physical and digital financial files to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Experience: Proven background in bookkeeping, administrative accounting, and AP/AR processing.
- Software: Proficiency in QuickBooks (strongly preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
