Nurse Trainer - Aesthetic / MedSpa

Title: Nurse Trainer – Aesthetic / MedSpa (Remote with Travel)
Job Type: Full-time, Travel Nursing
Schedule: Primarily Remote (with occasional travel for training and site support)

Pay: $22–$27/hr

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Nurse Trainer with experience in aesthetic or medical spa procedures (RN or APRN) who is passionate about skincare, education, and team development. This role focuses on training, protocol development, and mentorship, ensuring our aesthetic and wellness standards remain consistent across all locations. The position is primarily remote (80%), with travel (approx. 20%) to conduct hands-on training, audits, and support at new or existing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and refine treatment protocols for facial and body procedures, including:
2. Advanced rejuvenation therapies
3. Cryotherapy-based treatments
4. Hydration and infusion therapies
5. Body sculpting and toning programs
6. Conduct both remote and on-site training for nurses and estheticians.
7. Mentor team members to maintain high-quality service and client safety standards.
8. Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve training programs.
9. Travel occasionally for training, audits, and onboarding at new locations.

Qualifications:

1. Active RN or APRN license.
2. Proven experience in aesthetic or medical spa procedures (required).
3. Skilled in rejuvenation, cryotherapy, and skin renewal procedures.
4. Prior experience in training, mentoring, or staff development preferred.
5. Tech-savvy, organized, and flexible with occasional travel.
