The Opportunity

We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to be the driving force behind Disco's success. This is a leadership role for someone who can inspire teams, drive results, and embody our culture of excellence and warmth. You'll oversee all operations—front and back of house—while building a workplace where great people want to stay and grow. What You'll Do

• Lead all restaurant operations with strategic vision and hands-on execution
• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing front and back of house teams
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency and cost controls
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues with grace and professionalism
• Manage P&L, labor costs, inventory, and financial performance
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards across all operations
• Foster a positive workplace culture that attracts and develops talent
• Partner with ownership to achieve business goals and long-term vision

What You Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service dining preferred)
• Proven track record of driving profitability and operational excellence
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Deep understanding of P&L management, labor optimization, and cost control
• Experience with Italian cuisine or elevated casual dining (Pizza knowledge highly valued)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Food Safety Manager certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
