As a Travel RN Case Manager, you'll be pivotal in coordinating patient care and ensuring smooth transitions throughout their healthcare journey. Working primarily in a psych/rehab department, your role involves assessing patient needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and advocating for patient services.
