- Help clients plan and book flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
- Research destinations, pricing, and travel options to match client needs
- Provide personalized recommendations and itineraries
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and travel issues
- Stay up to date on travel deals, promotions, and requirements
- Build lasting client relationships to drive repeat business
- Accurately process bookings and maintain client records
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Passion for travel and helping people plan great trips
- Comfortable using online booking systems and research tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bookings
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior travel industry experience required, paid training provided
