Marketing Admin (Part Time)
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Marketing Admin to join our client to support the creation, production, and distribution of marketing and sales materials in a fast?paced, high?volume environment. This role ensures that presentations, proposal packages, plan reports, and various client-facing deliverables are produced accurately and on time. The Marketing Admin will also assist with printing, assembling, and shipping materials, while helping maintain inventory for ongoing departmental needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on production work, thrives under tight deadlines, and values cross-department collaboration.
Compensation:
$22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Part-time | Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour break)
100% Onsite in Orlando, FL
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Admin:
- Support daily production of printed marketing, sales, and client materials, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Prepare, assemble, and package presentation kits, reporting packets, and other print deliverables for internal and external distribution.
- Maintain and update presentation templates and marketing assets, keeping all materials current and aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate printing and shipment of recurring reporting packages and assist with mass mailings such as statements, notices, and enrollment documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage inventory of marketing supplies to ensure smooth operational workflow.
Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing Admin:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing production, print operations, or a high-volume administrative environment; equivalent experience considered.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and general office equipment.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- A college degree is a plus but not required.
