We’re hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who wants consistency, autonomy, and a schedule that supports true work-life balance.
You’ll step into an outpatient clinical setting providing therapy services with realistic daily volume and protected documentation time. This role is intentionally designed to be sustainable and supportive, allowing you to focus on quality patient care without burnout.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $62,000 to $80,000 based on experience and performance
