Opportunity for a Territory Sales Representative – South Florida
AP Corp is expanding its South Florida operation and looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to take ownership of a developed, active territory and help drive the next phase of regional growth. This is a career-track opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured sales environment, understands technical solutions, and wants to grow with both the business and the market they serve.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who can work independently, manage a high volume of active opportunities, and execute consistently. The South Florida office is a growing satellite location, which means you’ll be backed by our full production, marketing, and leadership teams—but you’ll be the one on the ground, building client relationships and driving performance every day.
You’ll be closing projects ranging from $2,000 to $50,000 across residential and commercial applications. Success in this role requires a balanced approach: about half your time will be spent in the field conducting site consultations, and the other half will involve phone and video consultations, quoting, and follow-up. This is a technical sale with a service-based install, so attention to detail and strong communication are essential throughout the process—from discovery to proposal to final walkthrough.
We expect 110–130 closed projects per year from a successful rep in this market, translating to personal earnings of $110,000+. You’ll have a steady flow of inbound opportunities from marketing and referrals—but how far you take them is up to you.
To thrive in this role, you must be genuinely curious, highly intentional, and confident working face-to-face with both homeowners and commercial decision-makers. You’ll need to ask the right questions, track the details, and maintain control of your pipeline at all times.

An ideal candidate will possess:
5-7 years of inside and outside sales experience
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of CRM systems
Knowledge of different vehicle types and trim offerings
Bilingual preferred but not required
