Accounts Payable
- Vendor Management: Reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain professional relationships with vendors.
- Payment Processing: Execute check runs, ACH, and wire transfers. Manage Positive Pay entries to ensure fraud prevention.
- Reporting & Tracking: Monitor aging reports and invoice due dates to ensure 100% timely payments.
- Data Integrity: Accurately enter payment vouchers, including approved credit card transactions, and maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Mastery: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Famous Software experience is a major plus!
- Operational Excellence: Solid understanding of AP controls and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Detail-Focused: A keen eye for accuracy and a knack for organized documentation.

education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices are received and recorded accurately
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing invoices or documentation
• Monitor and manage invoice due dates to ensure timely payments
• Prepare and review aging reports to track outstanding liabilities
• Process check runs, including printing and organizing payments
• Enter issued checks into the Positive Pay system for fraud prevention
• Execute online payments (ACH, wire transfers) and maintain proper documentation
• Prepare and print ACH payment reports as needed
• Accurately enter all payment vouchers, including approved credit card transactions
• Maintain organized records of all payments and supporting documentation The essential functions of this role include:
