Youth Behavioral Health Advocate
- Supervise and support adolescents during groups, transitions, and breaks
- Monitor safety and maintain program structure
- Support clinicians with program flow and scheduling
- Assist with family check-in/check-out
- Manage front desk tasks (phones, attendance, documentation)
- Respond to escalations using trauma-informed approaches
- Experience working with adolescents preferred
- Ideal for students/recent grads in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or related fields
- Spanish-speaking preferred
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Organized and dependable in a fast-paced setting
