Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Travel Coordinator - Senior to support this mission in Tampa, Florida .
Responsibilities:
As a Travel Coordinator - Senior you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
- Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technical assignments. May supervise others.
- Leads travel coordination across the TO, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and responsiveness. Directs travel planning, documentation, and emergency resolution to support mission readiness and operational continuity.
- Leads planning and execution of CONUS/OCONUS travel in accordance with JTR and TO policy.
- Oversees preparation of expense authorizations and funding validation.
- Coordinates with Contracts and Finance to ensure travel alignment with CLINs and PRDs.
- Maintains and audits travel records and expense reports.
- Supports Program Manager in travel governance and reporting.
- Resolves complex travel issues and escalations.
- Interfaces with vendors and government staff to ensure travel continuity.
- Supervises junior travel staff and ensures procedural compliance.
- Advises on travel budget utilization and optimization.
- Integrates travel data into PMP, MSRs, and Task Order portal.
- Utilizes the following Role-Specific Tools: DTS, JTR systems, Task Order portal.
Qualifications
Require d qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the C CMD leve l
- Minimum of 5years’ experience with a BS/BA or 3years’ experience wi t h an MS/MA o r 0years’ experience with a PhD. or 9 years' w/o any degree or 7 years' experience with AS/AA degree
- A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is required
Des i red Qualifications:
- DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
Work Environment:
- Location: Tampa, FL
- On-site expectations : Full -time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Details
Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
