Call Center Representative (Sales-Focused)

What You’ll Do:As the first point of contact, you’ll turn inbound inquiries into signed clients by combining empathy with strong sales skills.
- Handle high-volume inbound calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries
- Assess and qualify potential cases using structured criteria
- Build trust quickly and guide prospects through the intake process
- Confidently present next steps and close qualified clients over the phone
- Follow up consistently to secure signed retainer agreements
- Overcome objections and create urgency with professionalism
- Meet and exceed individual conversion and performance goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, call center, or client-facing roles
- Proven ability to close and work toward metrics/goals
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Spanish fluency is a strong plus
