Business Development Representative
- Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 / year + performance-based district incentives

- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or Communications preferred, OR 1+ years in field sales, customer service, or community outreach
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and active listening skills with follow-through
- Technical Aptitude: Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with CRMs/sales tools (HubSpot experience is a plus!)
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage field time efficiently, and hit outreach goals
- Licensure: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Execute territory sales strategies and marketing initiatives under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager to expand brand reach.
- Develop, foster, and maintain quality, trusted relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and key accounts.
- Conduct professional sales presentations, educational discussions, and lunch-and-learn sessions to generate client referrals.
- Consistently promote services across the assigned district while confidently asking for and securing referral commitments.
- Support prospective customer relationship development through daily field visits, direct outreach, and consistent follow-up.
- Analyze local healthcare market patterns, track referral trends, and assist with territory planning to maximize growth.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of field interactions, pipeline activity, and key account performance metrics.
- Partner closely with Senior Sales Representatives and regional leadership during initial onboarding and ongoing ride-alongs.
- Monitor personal performance targets against overall territory goals and participate in regular reviews with sales leadership.
