Opening Fall 2026 in Fort Lauderdale, Caviar Club is building an elite culinary team from the ground up. We are a modern American restaurant focused on exceptional seafood, premium steaks, caviar, and luxury ingredients served in a vibrant, high-energy dining experience.

We're seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Prep Cooks who take pride in organization, consistency, and craftsmanship. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for producing the mise en place that allows our kitchen to execute at the highest level. From preparing premium seafood and proteins to crafting sauces, dressings, and garnishes, your work is essential to every successful service.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Prepare vegetables, herbs, fruits, seafood, meats, and other ingredients according to standardized recipes and specifications
Produce sauces, dressings, vinaigrettes, stocks, butters, and other menu components with consistency and precision
Portion, trim, season, and organize proteins according to Caviar Club standards
Maintain accurate labeling, dating, rotation, and storage of all food products using FIFO practices
Follow prep lists and complete daily production efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
Ensure all ingredients are prepared and stocked for service
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist with receiving deliveries, organizing inventory, and maintaining storage areas
Perform additional duties assigned by the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs

Qualifications:
1–3 years of kitchen or prep experience preferred
Strong knife skills and understanding of basic culinary techniques
Ability to follow recipes with precision and consistency
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
