Bilingual Real Estate Receptionist (Spanish/English) – Be Our First Impression!

Are you a highly professional, energetic, and organized individual with fluent Spanish and English communication skills? Do you have a passion for providing top-tier client service in a fast-paced real estate environment ? We’re looking for a professional and enthusiastic Bilingual Receptionist to be the welcoming face to our clients.

This is a key position where your language skills will be used daily to connect with and assist our diverse clientele as they embark on their home buying or selling journey.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a Bilingual Communicator: Greet, welcome, and direct clients, agents, and visitors in both Spanish and English , collecting necessary information and professionally notifying staff of their arrival.

  • Manage Critical Communications: Answer, screen, and accurately route a high volume of calls in both languages, often related to listing inquiries, appointments, and client service. Take and deliver precise, time-sensitive messages promptly.

  • Office Administration: Maintain a clean, professional, and orderly reception area and conference rooms, ensuring they are always client-ready for meetings and closings.

  • Logistics & Support: Receive, sign for, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Assist agents with basic administrative tasks, maintaining office equipment, and tracking calls requiring follow-up.

  • Be the Office Hub: Keep the flow of the office running smoothly, supporting agent productivity and ensuring an excellent client experience from the moment they walk in or call.

What You'll Bring:

  • Fluency is a MUST: Complete professional fluency in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required to service our diverse clientele.

  • Experience: Previous experience in an office, customer-facing role, or ideally in a real estate, legal, or financial services environment.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

    • A strong service orientation —you understand that client experience is everything.

    • Excellent active listening and organizational skills to manage a busy switchboard and reception area.

    • A professional, friendly, and polished demeanor that reflects positively on our brokerage.
