Job Title: Bi.Fin. Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bi.Fin. Technician to repair spindles and their equipment. This role requires precision in measurements, strong documentation skills, and some computer skills to navigate inventory.

Responsibilities

• Repair spindles and their equipment as they are returned from customers.
• Read blueprints, drawings, schematics, and diagrams to determine the assembly method and sequence.
• Assemble and test products, including mechanical, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulic assemblies.
• Utilize inspection equipment to test and build electromechanical assemblies with oscilloscope, computer drivers, and handheld multimeters.

• Mechanical aptitude and previous troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with micrometer and measuring tools.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and understanding mechanical, electrical, schematic, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong skills in assembly, diagnosis, repair techniques, and preventive maintenance.

• 1-3 years of experience analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic assemblies.
• Preferred experience as a Maintenance Technician, Machine Service Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or CNC Machinist in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with alignments, machine geometry using precision calibration tools, and repairing electro spindles, 2-axis heads, boring heads, and smart motors.
• Field experience with the ability to travel occasionally, up to 3-4 times a year.

Work Environment

The role operates in an air-conditioned environment with working hours from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. The dress code includes jeans, t-shirts, and steel-toe boots.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
