Part Time Member Services Rep Opportunitiy with a growing company within the real estate industry!
Location: Orlando, FL 32810
Pay: $18-20/hour
Schedule: 11am to 3:30pm (30-minute lunch) - Monday through Friday

The Member Services Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to members via phone, email, chat, and in person. This role assists with membership inquiries, payments, renewals, product purchases, lockbox/key processes, and technical support while ensuring compliance with association policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, along with a professional and customer-focused demeanor. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate member records, processing forms and payments, supporting retail/store operations, assisting with member training and orientations, and collaborating with other departments as needed.

Qualified candidates should have 5+ years of customer service experience, strong organizational and computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
