OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Palm Coast, FL by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operating out of Palm Coast, FL, this OTR solo CDL-A position focuses on over-the-road dry van freight across the U.S., prioritizing safety, professionalism and consistent on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Drive assigned routes, handle long-haul pickups and deliveries, and secure freight properly.
• Complete electronic logs, paperwork and routine inspections before and after trips.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and issues.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A with a minimum of 12 months of verifiable experience.
• Commitment to DOT regulations, vehicle care and safe driving standards.

Start pay is 65 CPM with typical weekly miles around 2,500, safety/referral bonuses, late-model trucks (APUs, inverters, sleepers), company maintenance, biweekly home time and full benefits.
