Business Development Associate - Entry Level

We’re seeking Entry-Level Business Development Associates to join our fast-paced team supporting purpose-driven organizations, nonprofits, and ethical brands. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and a desire to learn and lead in the areas of sales, outreach, and client relationship management .

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Associate, you'll play a key role in expanding our clients’ reach by:

• Representing well-known nonprofit and ethical brand partners at live events, pop-ups, and outreach campaigns
  

• Engaging directly with potential supporters, donors, or customers through face-to-face conversations
  

• Building and nurturing relationships to increase awareness, drive revenue, or inspire support
  

• Supporting campaign strategy through market research, prospecting, and reporting
  

• Participating in ongoing training sessions focused on business development, communication, and sales techniques
  

• Collaborating with the team to meet performance goals and identify growth opportunities
