Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify pricing trends and competitive analysis.
• Optimize and implement pricing strategies to enhance occupancy rates and revenue.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to inform homeowners and executives about performance and pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain pricing models to evaluate the financial impact of changes.
• Assist in the forecasting and budgeting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience with pricing strategies and revenue optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex data in an understandable manner.
