Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

The assignment spans two days per week, approximately 2.5 hours each day, providing the opportunity to maintain true work-life balance. This role supports students’ developmental and communication needs, empowering their academic and personal growth.

Ideal candidates will bring some of the following skills or backgrounds:

• Florida SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain
• Experience delivering services in pediatric and school-based settings
• Comfort with both in-person and teletherapy modalities
• Interest in working with Clinical Fellows (CFY) is welcomed
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
• Commitment to individualized, student-centered care and tailored IEP goals

• Conducting assessments and effective therapy for identified students
• Crafting and implementing IEPs, monitoring and documenting progress
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student success
• Adapting communication strategies to best serve diverse learning needs
