Your Specific Responsibilities:

Provide telehealth services for PrEP, nPEP, HIV Test & Treat, STD diagnosis and treatment, and HIV Primary Care. May sometimes require after-hours care.

Some administrative duties (i.e., onboarding new counties, lectures, committees) at the discretion of medical director.

While this position reports to Leon County, you may reside in any county. A private office will be provided for you at your county's CHD.

Qualifications:


Minimum:

Licensed Physician Assistant

Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)

Licensed Medical Doctor (MD)

Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

HIV and STD treatment experience.

Preferred-

Telehealth experience.
