Male Spa Attendant (Part-Time), eforea Spa - Hilton Orlando

Hilton Orlando is looking to welcome a Part-Time Male Spa Attendant to join the team!

Our hotel, which features over 1,400 guest rooms is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention center. Our eforea Spa is open Sunday-Monday (9AM-5PM) and Tuesday-Saturday (9AM-8PM). It houses 13 treatment rooms and features both results-oriented and locally inspired therapies. Our team consists of our Spa Manager, supervisor, spa receptionists, therapists, estheticians, nail technicians and our spa attendants.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Previous hotel, spa, or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Shift Pattern: Part-Time/ Availability to work 3–4 days per week is required, and weekend availability is a must. This role may support AM, Mid, and PM shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay Rate: $15.60 per hour

What will I be doing?

As an eforea spa Attendant, you would be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Welcome and orient guests to the spa and fitness center
• Extend exceptional guest service
• Maintain order and cleanliness of spa and fitness center including, but not limited to, cleaning the facility, locker rooms, and fitness center equipment in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
• Stock and replenish the outlet with supplies and products, including, but not limited to clean towels, fresh water, drinking cups, etc.
• Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
• Perform general spa duties, as needed
