Compensation: $81 per hour

Overview

We are seeking an Admin Project Manager to support project planning, stakeholder coordination, and program execution in a high-velocity aerospace environment. This role will be responsible for tracking program performance, facilitating communications, coordinating cross-functional activities, and helping ensure the timely delivery of strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements, identify interdependencies, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track program progress and performance, providing regular status reports and updates to leadership.
• Develop internal and external communications to support program objectives and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate change management activities and support organizational readiness efforts.
• Participate in leadership meetings to identify organizational barriers and recommend efficient decision-making processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support project execution and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery of strategic business goals in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating projects and working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience tracking program progress, performance metrics, and reporting results to leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing internal and external communications.
• Experience supporting change management initiatives.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-velocity environment.
