What You'll Do

As a Remote Benefits Representative , you'll work directly with clients who have requested information about their benefits and coverage options.

Client Service Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Explain products, services, and policy information in a clear and professional manner

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates

• Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Relationship Building

• Develop strong, long-term client relationships

• Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction

• Build trust through professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity

• Help clients make informed decisions about protecting themselves and their families

Professional Development

• Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs

• Attend leadership development workshops

• Learn industry products, systems, and best practices

• Continue developing communication, leadership, and customer service skills

• Collaborate with a supportive remote team
