What You'll Do
As a Remote Benefits Representative , you'll work directly with clients who have requested information about their benefits and coverage options.
Client Service Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Explain products, services, and policy information in a clear and professional manner
Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Relationship Building
Develop strong, long-term client relationships
Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
Build trust through professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity
Help clients make informed decisions about protecting themselves and their families
Professional Development
Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs
Attend leadership development workshops
Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
Continue developing communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Collaborate with a supportive remote team
