ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking early-career Software Engineers to join our cross-functional team. You’ll work alongside senior engineers across frontend, backend, and applied AI to build new systems from the ground up. This role is designed for engineers who want to learn quickly, contribute immediately, and grow into senior-level responsibilities over time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Software Engineer on our team, you will:

• Write clean, maintainable code for features under guidance of senior engineers.
• Assist in building and testing services, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues in development and production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to deliver small-to-medium scope features.
• Participate in code reviews and adopt best practices for quality and maintainability.
• Learn new technologies and frameworks to contribute across the stack.
• Demonstrate consistent growth toward owning larger, more complex projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or Go).
• Familiarity with modern software development practices (version control, testing, CI/CD).
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Bonus: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or AI/ML frameworks.

BONUS POINTS FOR:

• Experience with other large entertainment focused platforms, centered around being consumer-facing at a large scale
• Familiarity and hands-on exposure with MCP Servers and highly accessible and available API platforms
• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures at enterprise scale
• Cloud-native, global scaling experience (AWS and their various tool offerings)
• Understanding of the mindset of “Fail Fast, Learn Fast” and continuous improvement
