This is a fully remote opportunity where you'll work directly with clients to help them understand coverage solutions tailored to their needs.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with performance-based commission compensation.

What You'll Do

• Conduct phone-based consultations with prospective clients

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions

• Follow a structured sales process to guide clients through applications

• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients

• Manage and follow up with leads to maximize conversions

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

• Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone

• Coachable and open to learning proven sales systems

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Previous phone sales, insurance, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

Licensing Requirements

• Licensed insurance agents are strongly encouraged to apply

• Unlicensed candidates are welcome to apply

• Willingness to obtain the required insurance license is expected for candidates who are not currently licensed

• Training, mentorship, and licensing support are available for motivated individuals committed to building a career in the insurance industry
