Senior Project Manager (Water/Wastewater)
Your impact
We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager who will build strategic business partnerships and deliver high-profile projects with key municipal clients in Florida. This position will report out of the Tampa office.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will understand client organizations and processes, develop and maintain consistent relationships at all organizational levels, and work to ensure that Jacobs is the consultant-of-choice for our clients. You'll be able to leverage your people management skills to optimize your team’s performance and consistently deliver high-quality technical solutions for our clients. In this role, you will play a leadership role in business development activities that result in the award of new contracts. This typically includes client relationship development, project-specific positioning activities, teaming arrangements, proposal preparation, oral presentations, and contract negotiations consistent with established business development processes.

Here's what you'll need
- B.S. or M.S. in engineering or related discipline.
- 10+ years in Project Management for water/wastewater treatment and conveyance projects, with municipal consulting experience.
- Florida PE or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities; proven success in client relationship management and project delivery.
- Strategic thinker, problem solver, and team builder with a passion for innovation and community impact.

Posted Salary Range: Minimum
215,000.00
Posted Salary Range: Upper
230,000.00

Jacobs has an unlimited U.S. Personalized Paid Time Off (PPTO) policy for full-time salaried/exempt employees, seven paid holidays, and caregiver leave. And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.
The base salary range for this position is $215,000.00 to $230,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
