Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital is a premier clinical and academic health system, providing expert pediatric care for infants, children, and teens with some of the most challenging medical problems. With more than half of the 259 beds in our teaching hospital devoted to intensive care level services, we are the regional pediatric referral center for Florida's West Coast. Physicians and community hospitals count on us to care for critically ill patients and perform complex surgical procedures.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As an RT Clinical Supervisor at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, you'll deliver specialized, patient-centered respiratory care that is at the forefront of medical innovation. Your work will be guided by evidence-based practices, ensuring that every treatment, research initiative, and educational effort is rooted in the highest standards of care. You'll be a key player in our interprofessional team, driving exceptional patient outcomes and contributing to the department's goals through your accountability for compassionate and safe care. With a focus on continuous learning and academic growth, you'll be part of a culture that values innovation and professional development. By adhering to the rigorous standards set by the Florida Board of Respiratory Care and JHACH policies, you'll help shape the future of respiratory therapy at one of the nation's leading healthcare institutions.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Licensure & Certification: Current Florida Respiratory Therapist Licensure and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Education Background: Graduate of a Registered Respiratory Therapy Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC).
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in neonatal/pediatric critical intensive care.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification if working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist (NPS) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
