Medical Assistant
Medical Assistant - Full Time, Days.
Duties:- Perform administrative and clinical tasks to support healthcare professionals in a medical setting
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist with procedures
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with collecting specimens
- Assist with patient education and provide instructions for at-home care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification preferred or valid Florida CNA license
- Bilingual Spanish/English REQUIRED
- Proficient in medication administration and basic life support techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
