The Service Advisor role is an important role within our stores. The Service Advisor leads the service team by example, providing first-class customer service to achieve the ultimate customer satisfaction. Planning, training, and monitoring both service technicians and advisor performance to achieve the growth goals of the shop.

Job Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
• Going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage and hire technicians and service advisors
• Distribute work between technicians
• Prioritize required services
• Spend quality time building customer relationships

Must possess the following Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Secondary education in the automotive field or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs, and parts
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• Excellent communication skills
• General safety knowledge and skills
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills
